Parent and Guardian Privacy Notice
Plain-language notice for families whose child uses a participating school account.
What the platform does
STONECODE helps a school administer mock assessments, understand performance and explore non-official school-choice simulations. It does not issue official WAEC results or make official CSSPS decisions.
What may be collected
The school may provide a child’s name, school identifiers, class, assessment scores, grades, aggregates and school preferences. The platform should collect only what is needed for the selected service.
Who can see it
Access is limited by school, role and account permissions. A student should see their own records, while school staff should see only records needed for their authorised duties.
Questions and requests
For questions about records supplied by a school, contact that school. For platform privacy questions or rights requests, email kwamestonecode@gmail.com. The school and platform may need to coordinate to verify and respond to a request. Families may also contact Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.
